This is the second report of failure to upgrade a Glob to an available suite for a short stay. And they really need to do something about breakfast. Even on TA, the hotel has been getting very mixed reviews, with pretty much everyone complaining about breakfast. I just do not see how a restaurant buffet breakfast in SIN cannot have any Asian options
The western breakfast buffet sound more like something you would get in a high-end club lounge than in a high-end hotel restaurant
