You cannot Transfer < 1000 points to an airline, but you could Transfer to Sears Shop Your Way.

Alternately you could Share the points with anyone else who has a ThankYou Rewards account, provided they are not classified as "taxable" points (usually earned through a banking promotion, or a customer service adjustment). The recipient would have to redeem the Shared points within 90 days.
