I have four SQ segments coming up (one ex HKG, three ex SIN) that may be eligble for BTC in Raffles. One is the morning flight SIN-PVG, the other is SIN-BNE and SIN-BKK (both afternoon departure) and HKG-SIN.

I've booked my RTW-ticket though my usual ticket pusher, but they're not too experienced on the more excotic parts of travels, but give great service when I need them, and this I now have the issue, how do I go about booking BTC for my segments. Should I just speak directly to SQ?

As for the other bits, I've read telltale signs of the BTC not being up to scratch lately and portions being small; is that mere idle chatter? Last time I tried BTC on SIN-LHR I found the lamb-thingy to be a bit small, but that's a while back.
