Downtown Toledo is getting a dual branded Homewood/HGI soon. It's a hotel that used to be really nice with a rooftop restaurant and pool that ended up turning into a dumpy Ramada and then was shuttered for years and they are doing a total renovation of the building. Artist renderings look great.
