We've already been upgraded to C+ on the mileage trip... but maybe I can call and pay for an upgrade for her on one leg.... Now we're talking

(also really interesting that an involving downgrade will NOT get MQD credit per the T&Cs... very odd :P)

I do wonder though... If we pay for C+, and then get upgraded to F, do we still get the MQD (even though we didn't sit in the paid C+ seat?)
