I've been out since mid September with unexpected but successful surgery. Heading back to work next week but not allowed to do multiday travel until January, and can't leave the country until March. I'm ending up at 62k MQM and only 6700 MQD, as I had three different $800 business trips scheduled which I had to cancel.

I'm resigned to rolling over 12k MQM and just buying up to C+ or F at ticketing for the first nine months of 2018 until I get back to Platinum. Fortunately work will pick up the tab to C+ for trips which are 1100 miles or more, which means I can buy up to F cheaply at times. Also next year, VS and AM have increased MQD for Premium cabins, which will help balance the rollover MQM.
