I rented one-way, and a person (I just met) was entered into Hertz system as additional driver. Everything went well, but shortly after completion I found out that the person did one unethical thing (not with this rental). Upon calling same Hertz counter, they confirm to me that this first-last name is entered; but they say that only law enforcement could ask them to release D.O.B. and license#. Well, I can't enlist law enforcement as person's unethical deed doesn't rise to a criminal matter. Yet, I'd be interested in checking whether the person had any kind of law enforcement record - but I need more ID-info than just first-last name (which happens to be too common). Any way?
