Is there any info for other visa holders (not e-visa). I'm trying to research how to get a local SIM for a month long visit. Of course the "newly" implemented AADHAR card seems to be a roadblock for those of us without it. FYI, we're landing in Mumbai. I should have enough Rs to get a SIM once out of security, if that's a good place to get one, but wanted to know if any of the process has changed or gotten easier. Thanks for any help.
