nice report. Same meal we had sfo lhr last week. Looks like you fly to Japan often. What the quality of the Japanese .meals lately? Last time was a while ago for me and it was dissapointed. I used to like them very much.

I had the Japanese meal this summer (SFO), and it was good, but they were still getting up to speed with the new aircraft, so service of the meal had some long gaps that resulted, e.g., in the fish being heated for too long. I will see if I can pull some photos in a few days.

Unrelated to that, is the standard to board only two reds and two whites now? It is clumsy to order a flight, as some of the attendants seem to believe it must be monochromatic, but they don't know what to put in the third glass.
