I've never seen anyone cut in line at starbucks, in or out of an airport, in uniform or otherwise.
Depends on the airport. I’ve routinely been behind crew at SEA (particularly Asian carrier crew for Korean Air, Hainan, and Asiana) and have often had TSA pull them up in front of me in the line.
