Why should there be a priority treatment? If you pay extra to fly F or J, you rightly get a better product from the airline; but I'm not sure that should qualify you for priority treatment by a government agency.
I think what the original OP was asking was: why didn't BA ground staff make a special effort to get landing cards for the F and J pax, so they would at least have the opportunity to get out of there
on an equal basis with the Indian pax. Seems like a reasonable request to me. I've been through DEL immigration several times; BA's forgetfulness could have easily delayed the F pax exit from the terminal by well over 1 1/2 hours.
