For your second stay, it should be doable with the Doubletree back to the airport, as taxis are abundant. As for the HGI airport shuttle, from the airport you have to approach one of the taxi/shuttle company (normally the hotel will mail you with the info) and you will be taken (with maybe a couple of stops at the other airport hotels) back to the HGI. There's no fixed timing, but I've never waited more than 10 mins to leave the airport. From the hotel back to the airport, I believe it's every 15 mins (approx), not sure how often to the shopping complex. I'm sure you can find these info on their website.
