I mean if they could just get it together so I can do a dummy booking for the $50 statement credit + 40k point offer...that would be great...

C'mon Hyatt...get it together. Somebody should be fired over this IMO...my personal inconvenience 100% aside...this is totally unacceptable management of a website and booking platform for a corporation of this size.
