F worth it over C? award travel

Looking for some advice. I have flown SQ F and C several times. C about 10 times and F twice.

I am going on a trip next month on SQ 1 - SFO - HKG - SIN 77W. I am currently booked in F using points, but now C space has opened up.

Last time I flew SQ was before the new C and F seats were introduced and I was in F SIN-ICN-SFO on the 77W. After that flight I said that I would never use more points for F again as it was just too similar to the C product.

The extra points are not the issue, in all honesty. But is F worth it over C these days? It has been almost 3 years (wow, cant believe its been that long) since I have flown SQ so want an updated opinion.

thanks!

Edit: I will add that I am 6'3" and built like a football player. I am aware of the "Angled" sleep required in the C seat.... any thoughts on comfort?
