IB biz is an excellent product now that all their aircraft have been refurbished (330 & 340) . Seats are comparable to the AA 777W seats. I like the L'Occitane amenities and the bedding and service are fine. Wines are better with IB but not by that much. The one thing that I like better on AA is the second meal. The IB first meal is very good (usually four courses) but the second meal is a cold plate with deli meats and cheeses (albeit high quality) whereas the AA second meal usually has a hot option. And entertainment is usually a bit better on AA unless you like Spanish cinema. I've never flown IB in economy so I can't speak to that but remember AA has the dreaded ten-across in Y on some planes.
