What can I expect in the way of food on Sun-Air LCY-BLL (9:45am) and BLL-OSL (4:15pm)?

I'm particularly interested in the morning LCY-BLL - am I likely to get a hot breakfast or should I grab something to eat on the way to the airport?
I'm on the morning flight from LCY fairly often and you get a roll (danish "rundstykke") with butter and cheese + a drinking yogurt + a small box of fresh fruit. Sometimes there also a choice of a croissant. No hot option.

Never flown BLL-OSL but if it's like the evening flight back to LCY (which I'm guessing it is), you'll get a cold dish, usually some coldcuts or chicken, with some salad (green, tomato or potato).
