Just flew SIN-JNB on the A350. Great plane, wonderful crew. Internet didn't work. Not just couldn't connect, but OnAir/KrisWorld didn't show up as an SSID (!).

"Frustrating" as there was oh so much work I wanted to do... Let's see what PPS customer service says back...
