Obviously a data error. It happens. One single data point in a 90 minute gap in data, plus a 5K ft climb midflight in 17 minutes, and then back down 3K ft is another strong clue.

Fastest ground speed shown for any commercial plane at groundspeedrecords is a 747-400 at 752kts, or 865mph.
