Exit rows definitely have more legroom. The Cons are you mentioned. Near the Lavs and the exit row area is sometimes considered
"common area" for other passengers and they can linger around. Also, it can be cold in the exit areas. Comfort Plus is nice, but the service
can be inconsistent. Seats are just regular coach size seats with a little more legroom. With exit row, you don't have under seat storage and
bin space can be difficult to find.
