Been eyeing Saudia business class $653usd with a 3hr stop in JED. First leg 4hrs on A330 (Saudia 256) - second leg 9hrs on 777-300er. (Saudia 836)

Is this a good option taking into consideration the hard/soft product of Saudi and those particular aircrafts ?
Will I get to hang out at the Al-Fursan VIP lounge in Jedda during layover ?
Is the 777-300ER on the second leg the old or new one ?
If this is not a good deal, what are your alternative suggestions ?
