According to the lovely lounge dragon, renovation will only start around mid November and should be completed by year end, latest mid January. The exact dates have not been determined as yet, but closure will only start around mid November and not now.

The nice lounge dragons updated me that Iberia is currently negotiating with AENA (the airport operator) when to start the renovation, which can be either before or after Christmas. So it seems that the lounge should be open for most of December, but will be closed in January and some parts of February. I updated the wiki.
