Stayed here a couple of months ago. The drive wasn't bad at all. 30 min. But I arrived after 10 pm, and left around 7 am. Making the drive during the day would add 15 to 20 minutes.

Can't comment on the cab fare, had the hotel book car. I didn't think that was a bad price to have someone meet you, assist with luggage, and not worry about setting a price with a driver.
