My next trip is to a country with zero Hyatts and I'm hoping not to travel for the Christmas/New Year's week, so it looks like I'll finish the year at 55 nights. Trying to decide if I should make an effort to stay those 5 nights to attain "real" Globalist.
Sorry if this has been covered already but speaking of real vs lite Globalist status - I had pretty much written off the new WOH program this yr. Now I'm debating whether to mattress run 7 or so nights to make the 20 nights/Globalist lite promo. Like many others here, I found the greatest value of Globalist/Diamond status in the guaranteed suite upgrades for leisure/family travel.
Am I correct in assuming that the 20 nite/Globalist promo does not grant the suite upgrades or free night awards and just gets you the free breakfast, late checkout and upgrade to suites based upon availability?
