I’m doing the whole 20 nights on a single long-term stay, so I wouldn’t expect any intermediate emails (e.g., Explorist) along the way. Just following up from a couple weeks ago, I recently checked out of a 30-night stay and a day later received, one minute apart, "Welcome to another year of Explorist" and then "Welcome to Globalist" emails, so my promo registration obviously worked even though I never received any confirmation thereof.
My next trip is to a country with zero Hyatts and I'm hoping not to travel for the Christmas/New Year's week, so it looks like I'll finish the year at 55 nights. Trying to decide if I should make an effort to stay those 5 nights to attain "real" Globalist.
