It's the end of the year and all my planned travel brings me up about 60 pqm short of silver on UA, so I'm trying to sort out the best option of bis miles vs. purchased PQM. Up til my latest search, the cheapest deal seemed to be buy my xmas travel with miles and just pay about $500 for 5000 pqm to get silver (it's a actually tough call between that vs. E+ subscription). I found routing (2 connections) that will give me the miles I need on a purchased ticket about $600 (so it's effectively cheaper than $500+25K miles that I'd otherwise have to do).

The catch is that I have a 33 minute connection at LAS between the first and second legs. Is that a reasonable connection time on UA at LAS, or am I asking for trouble?
