And were you asking about a prepaid reservation, or a pay-at-counter reservation?

1. Is NOT a prepaid reservation.
2. I asked how long I had to pick it up "under the terms of my reservation", so I thought that was clear, eg how long will my reservation be honored.
Obviously, it was not a response I expected.
