Is that really true? Because IF that is the policy at Budget, I could see all kinds of possibilities in playing with the date and time, when rates are a lot higher one day than another day...
I don't know whether what you were told is true or not. But, despite what you asked, are you certain that the agent meant that the
rate would be held for 15 hours, or merely that the
car would be held for 15 hours?
And were you asking about a prepaid reservation, or a pay-at-counter reservation?
