HI is not the type of place you look forward to staying at (unless it is in Hawaii or another amazing locale). You stay at a HI for one of a few reasons:
1) It is the only place in town
2) It is the only place in town that does not rent rooms by the hour
3) Your exhausted and you want to crash fast and get some rest.
4) It is close to the airport on a layover
5) It is close to your departure and you want to be on the first flight out
6) Almost every other place is booked

I am sure there are other reasons, but that is the gist. I have never had a water pressure problem at any HI I have stayed at though. That is absolutely a good thing.
