Bulkhead row 40 A/K or emergency exit 60 A/K ?

Its only for HKG-BKK. But wondering which is ok.... I find some bulkhead seats to be very constricting. The upside is that at least you'll be out first (after J and PE) instead of stuck out the back..

Has anyone else any opinion?
