I called them today regarding 2 things, one of which was family pooling. I asked them about my miles balance, and the customer service first mentioned how many miles I have accrued myself and then followed it with "but the total amount of miles with family pooling is .....". I asked her to confirm that I would be able to use that total amount of miles and she confirmed it. So it seems everything is alright, just the new site is a bit weird the way it represents total miles.
