After I rebooted, it gave me the dropdown at the bottom to select how many pages to display, so I could then scroll through all of my reservations. I was still in Internet Explorer browser.

Confession: When I called and first got the Platinum reservations agent, she apologized, said she didn't know who to transfer me to. She offered me either 5K points or to re-instate a certificate I had that expired some time in the past, for the inconvenience. I chose the points since I'm desperately working to bag my Lifetime status before the program merger.
