Looking at this property for an upcoming 3x person (in the same room) stay. Does anyone have experience with the 2nd guest stays free benefit here?

• Can I use the above benefit for a 3 person stay -- i.e. pay for two and the third guest stays free?
• What is the policy at this property regarding lounge access and breakfast for the third person -- even if I pay for a 3 person stay? I'm HHD.
