Looking at this property for an upcoming 3x person (in the same room) stay. I have stayed here with my spouse in the past on a 1 guest booking and had no problems invoking the "2nd guest stays free" benefit.

• Can I use the above benefit for a 3 person stay -- i.e. pay for two and the third guest stays free?
• What is the policy at this property regarding lounge access and breakfast for the third person -- even if I pay for a 3 person stay? I have never had issues with this at other properties (am Diamond), but I hear Hilton Tokyo is particularly stringent when it comes to this.
