The probability of getting detained when arriving on a domestic flight is low but nowhere near zero - it happens daily all over the country. The possibility of TSA notifying airport PD of an arriving pax with an active warrant for a neighboring jurisdiction, or just contact with law enforcement, is significantly greater in the aviation setting than for the bus or train, let alone a car.
