I can access my booking via the Qatar website. I was even able to go through their "Update passenger details" screens and it all worked. Unfortunately, back on BA.com I get the same error message (when trying to just access the booking or check-in). So it looks like it will be an early trip to Heathrow tomorrow - I guess all being well, it just means time for an extra glass of nice champagne in the CCR
