I had this problem on a recent booking. I managed to load the booking on the Qatar manage my booking screen, and select a special meal. Following that update, the booking then loaded fine on ba.com and the app. Not sure if the Qatar based update “fixed” it, it may have been coincidence!?! Might be worth a try?
