I haven't come across this one before, and so long as you are ticketed I would imagine you will be OK tomorrow, indeed the check in agent may see nothing untoward. It's quite possible that the error on the screen is not the error that is causing the problem (e.g. SSSS). It would be wise to go to checkmytrip (or alternative) to find the ticket number just to be sure.
