So, to echo everyone else, this ticket does confer Sky Club access.

EDIT: ok, it doesn't qualify as "international" first class as most on FT would usually use that phrase, but in any case, it counts. From direct personal experience, going to Canada in F gives you SC access.
Tks for your help. She was really focusing on the fact this flight did not offer a Delta One cabin. I will ask him to try tomorrow and will get back here to share his experience.
