Transborder flights to Canada in F class do get lounges access. For US dometic flights, only transcon flights in Delta One class get lounge access, by the way. Only a handful of domestic routes have Delta One service. Better stay away from flying American as neither Canada nor Mexico flights in F get lounge access (except for Mexico City). How disgusting is that?
