"Occupy" in that context surely means that the room isn't being used by a third party. (i.e. the usual scam of grabbing status credit for yourself and gifting benefits to others)

But naturally if Hyatt want to interpret it as "the member must sleep in the room" there's not much we can do about it... although under that rule very little status credit would be earned by hardcore gamblers / clubbers in Vegas.
