As much as I have no doubt that you take this 100% seriously, and expect the same of your colleagues, some don't. I've had a range of reactions from wanting to do everything possible to resolve it to being completely uninterested (basically wouldn't acknowledge there was an issue).

I'm not saying that means we should never complain, but I truly believe it is a lot less effective than you do! Not every SD is ACYYZ/SD
