The airport issued boarding pass was correct in saying "Euro Traveller". My boarding pass for the return was also wrong online and on the app, but correct on the airport printout.
Makes a mockery of their Twitter service. They really should be reporting this sort of issue to their IT people.
As for the flight being busy, it was completely full in both directions (a lot of similar faces on the out and return, presumably people going for long weekends, since the flights are only operated on Monday and Friday). Don't think I've ever seen this level of loading on a BA flight (very usual on Ryanair and EasyJet). On the outbound, I was texted inviting to check in my hand luggage at desks B15 and B16. On the return, there was no invite, but the staff happily accepted my hand luggage before security (I begrudge having to carry your hand luggage all round the airport, only to have it taken away from you at the aircraft door). The buy on board was incredibly popular, with the trolley only just making it to the last row before packing away for landing. Good selection on the outbound, but limited sandwiches on the return. The "card only" thing is still catching quite a few people out, especially those not wanting to incur the overseas card fee.
