I think the Sheraton's been done up, but the location is depressing, in Ruwi.
For interest only, the establishment right on the sea (Qurum Resort, I think), just beyond the commercial centre in front of the IC, used to be the Sheraton "beach club" and hotel.
And as you probably know, the Al Bustan used to be an IC.
