How do I know which routes offering the full course meal with plating for the main course? I've been on the SYD-HND-SYD only and it was only in 1 tray for both Japanese and Western menu, even though the flight was not that late. The food was not bad but the portion was dissapointed and the presentation was ugly.

How about the NRT-SIN which departs at 4 and 7p.m? or SIN-HND at 10am? Will I get the full course meal for those flights?
