We just let him butt in line, did not see the point in caring to argue. Good lesson for my son at 12, do not sweat people without manners.
Unfortunately, people letting others get away with what they choose justifies their actions in their eyes.
It makes the situation as bad as BA's inaction with interlopers, queue jumpers and so on.
