On Marriott.com, go to the hotel website for the property you are interested in contacting. On the left-hand navigation panel, there is a "Questions or Comments" link which leads to a fill in form. Not sure who the email gets sent to, but I have used this once or twice to get public transportation information for specific properties and both times have recieved a response by email in a reasonable amount of time.
These emails are handled by the Internet team in Omaha (located at the Omaha World Wide Reservations Center)
