No. Only decent benefit is the 5th night free which someone mentioned above. You may already have a 4th night free benefit through a CC. Never received any upgrade as a Silver and I've had to ask for the welcome water or granola bar most of the time.

Benefits aren't worth spending $90 and if you end up at Hiltons next year, it's a pretty easy status to earn back.
