[MENTION=801311]lostinlondon[/MENTION] to be honest with you I have had similar weird treatment by small minorities of BA cabin crew who seemed very snobbish towards me, kind of like 'who do you think you are' even though I was asking for very basic things. The best thing to do is speak to the CSM and name the person responsible, and after the flight let Customer Service know. I am sure if CS get enough complaints about the same cabin crew member, it will be dealt with (well i hope so at least).
