Meh, I mentioned it in the free-form comments of the post-flight survey. I'm lazy too
if it'd been relevant to my choice I would have asked for more info at the time, but although I enjoy eating salmon, I tend to avoid ordering it for reasons that don't bear going into either.
(I agree with you in principle though)
