I'm afraid I've never really understood why cheapo OTAs I've never heard of before can manage to sell fares for less than the airline directly. Perhaps they are accessing a fare intended for Russian residents, but TK looks at your IP address and charges you a foreigner's price.

Nonetheless in my experience those cheapo fares are the ones that disappear, rather than the airline dropping their prices to match...
